He directed the media units to focus on development and on happenings in rural areas. The Minister stressed the need to focus on the development and policy of the state and the central government.<br/><br/>He advised them to produce programmes on social reformers Sri Ramanuja Acharya and Sri Basaveswara who had advocated equality of all the castes long long ago.<br/><br/>Mr Naidu also announced that MODI (Making of Developed India) Fest will be organized in 717 districts of the country and Union Ministers will visit all the districts.<br/>Many programmes are scheduled from the 26th of this month onwards and also an All India Level Editors' Conference will be held in New Delhi.<br/>The Minister said, the most powerful tool to reach out to the people is Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly Mann ki Baat programme on All India Radio.
