Inaugurating a workshop on Green Shipping in Kochi, the Minister observed that the Marine industry is rapidly moving towards green and sustainable fuels. He said that the country's ports will have to be geared up for the transition towards green energy.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This will mean the ports will have to store, dispense and offer various clean fuel solutions to vessels calling on her ports.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Sonowal said, the National Hydrogen Mission announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have a significant maritime component.<br />'' <br />'' The Minister said that the Ministry has approved a proposal by the Cochin Shipyard for part funding to build an indigenous hydrogen fuel cell vessel for 100 passengers.
