<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Communications, Electronics and Information Technology Sanjay Shamrao Dhotre has stressed on the need to build an innovation ecosystem in the country.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Speaking at the third ICT Start-Ups awards ceremony in New Delhi this evening, Mr Dhotre expressed happiness over different types of innovations taking place in the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, 5G is the basic foundation of innovation and there is a need to take the benefits of technology to humanity. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister urged all stakeholders including community leaders to encourage innovation in the country.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The first three winners of the ICT Start-Ups Awards were Coeo Labs, PictureTime Digiplex Private Limited and Inceptor Technologies Private Limited. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The winners were awarded a prize money of one lakh rupees each along with a memento and certificate. Besides the three, top 20 Start-ups were also awarded with Certificate of participation and opportunity to showcase their innovation at the exhibition prior to the Award Gala.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' ICT Start-Ups award aims to recognize outstanding innovations in the development and adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The annual event strives to encourage individuals, academia, industry, government agencies and other entities to develop innovation in ICT to address country's development challenges. </span><br />''  <br />
