<span style="color: #222222;">Rajya Sabha MP and Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding the alleged deteriorating law and order situation in Maharashtra.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Seeking imposition of President's rule, Mr. Athawale has alleged&nbsp; that the Maharashtra Government has failed in its responsibility towards people.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Citing the recent incident when an explosive laden SUV was found outside Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani's home and the investigative mess that followed, Mr. Athawale alleged that the Thackeray Government has failed to handle the situation as per law.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The minister also cited the rising number of COVID-19 cases, emphasizing that lack of infrastructure has resulted in the state reporting the highest number of new cases daily.</span>
