<span style="color: #222222;">Union minister and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) patron Ram Vilas Paswan underwent a heart surgery yesterday.  Chirag Paswan, son of Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan and a prominent LJP leader had tweeted about the surgery.<br />'' <br />'' Mr. Paswan who is 74 years old and has been in active politics for more than five decades was hospitalised few weeks ago. In his message, Chirag Paswan informed that his father underwent a heart surgery last evening, which forced him to cancel a party meeting and rush to his father's side.<br />''<br />''He informed that if needed, the Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution will undergo another operation in a few weeks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other senior leaders spoke to Chirag Paswan to enquire about the health of the veteran leader.</span><br />
