Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar has expressed confidence that India has made a difference with effective use of advanced technology. Speaking at the opening session of the G20 Digital Economy Working Group meeting in Pune today, he said that through digital revolution, India has not only become a producer but also a major exporter of goods and services. He said, digital economy is the backbone of any country's development and India has done a great job in that field.<br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' India and Armenia signed an MoU on exchange of technology in the digital economy on the occasion. A Memorandum of Understanding was also concluded between India and Sierra Leone establishing diplomatic relations. Mr. Chandrasekhar expressed a belief that through the MoU with these countries, a future alliance will be formed.<br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' Earlier, an exhibition on digital revolution was inaugurated by Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar. He said that corruption has been curbed on a large scale due to digital transactions, and along with improving the standard of living of the citizens, there have also been significant changes in the administration. Mr. Chandrasekhar explained that the importance of cyber security is the highest in digital transactions and there is a need to plan effective solutions globally in this regard.&nbsp;
