He added, 26 million houses have been electrified.<br />''<br />''Talking about Renewable Energy, the minister said an international agency has said that India is the only country in the world which produces Renewable Energy at the lowest cost in the world.<br />''<br />''Mr Singh said, to reduce power theft, smart prepaid meter will be introduced by 2022.
