<span style="color: #222222;">Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Prakash Javadekar today took on Congress for allegedly instigating violence during the Tractor Rally in Delhi. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Briefing the media in New Delhi, Mr Javadekar said, Congress has continuously fuelled these farmers' protests and alleged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi continuously instigated.
