The Minister was speaking on the second day of the ground breaking ceremony of the FDI Conclave today at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow. He said that the Central and State governments together are giving new impetus to the welfare of the poor.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">He said that projects worth 10 lakh 24 thousand crore rupees were inaugurated yesterday. He said that any investor invests only when he has faith in the leadership, system and future.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Speaking at the programme, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Uttar Pradesh has come out of the category of sick state. He said that Uttar Pradesh has developed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The economy of the state has doubled and an environment of security has been established in the state.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Adityanath said that in just four years between 2019 and 2023, four times FDI has come to the state. He said that when there is an environment of security, the government has a clear policy, the intentions are clear, then every investor is willing to invest in that safe environment. The Chief Minister said that with the fourth ground breaking ceremony of UP Global Investors' Summit, Uttar Pradesh has become not the sixth but the second largest economy of the country.</span></p>
