Union Minister Piyush Goyal today criticised the opposition for their approach in the Rajya Sabha and alleged that they do not  believe in any rules and regulations of Parliament. <br />'' <br />'' Opposition parties had given adjournment notices in the Rajya Sabha over the India- China border issue which were rejected by the Chair but they continued with their demand for discussion on the issue.  <br />'' <br />'' Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr. Goyal said that there are past practices that discussion does not take place on sensitive issues.  <br />'' <br />'' He added that Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has already made a detailed statement in Parliament over the issue, after which, one would have expected the Opposition, particularly Congress to respect the Indian Army at the border and their commitment towards the nation.<br />'' <br />''The Minister alleged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi continues to cast aspersions on the Indian Army.
