Mr Rupala was addressing the inaugural session at 'Conclave of 75 Entrepreneurs and Exhibition of 75 Indigenous Livestock Breeds' being organised in New Delhi today.<br />''<br />''He said, government is working diligently for the interests of those engaged in the animal husbandry sector so the sector could contribute to the economy equally.<br />''<br />''The Minister said, due to various policies of the government, the animal husbandry sector is growing at the rate of eight percent. Sharing the success stories of the cattle rearers, he said, due to the constant efforts by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a new generation of them are motivating to venture into the animal husbandry sector.<br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports that as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying in association with Confederation of Indian Industry is organising this day-long conclave with a focus on dairy and poultry farmers, innovative entrepreneurs, startups and industry.<br />''<br />''During the event, a digital exhibition in the Conclave showcased 75 Indigenous Livestock Breeds and success stories of dairy and poultry farmers, innovative entrepreneurs, start-ups and industry.<br />''<br />''On the occasion, Mr Rupala also gave away excellence awards to the winners of the start-up grand challenge 2.0. Ministers of State in the Ministry Sanjeev Kumar Balyan and Dr. L Murugan were the guests of honour at the event.</span><br />
