Union Minister of Heavy Industries, Dr. Mahendranath Pande reiterated the country's commitment towards reducing carbon emissions by 45 percent by the year 2030. The Minister said the government is promoting  use of E vehicles to ensure pollution-free cities. More than 7,000 Electric buses will be run in the country in near future. He was speaking after the inauguration of the National Conference on Industry 4.0 in Kevadia, Gujarat.
