In Arunachal Pradesh, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Commerce and Industry Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman today celebrated Rakshabandhan by tying rakhis to the jawans of Indian Army at a function held in Tawang. She said that Arunachal Pradesh is a priority and the NDA government is fully committed towards the region.<br/><br/>Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, was also present on the occasion. He said that the main objective is to infuse patriotism especially within the younger generation and also to showcase the plurality and diversity of the country.
