Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today reviewed the Prime Minister's new 15-point programme for socio-economic-educational development and empowerment of minorities.<br/><br/>An official release said, during the meeting held in New Delhi, Mr Naqvi stressed the need for effective implementation of the various welfare schemes for minorities at the ground level.He said,the government is serious about inclusive growth of poor people and the minorities. <br/><br/>Mr Naqvi also emphasised for better coordination among the states regarding welfare programmes for poor people and the minorities.Representatives from 17 different Central Government Ministries attended the meeting.
