Union Minister Kalraj Mishra criticized Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for his visit to ATMs in the national capital, accusing him of instigating the people in queue against the government decision on demonetization. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Mishra said it is good to visit ATM to take money but is not appropriate to provoke the people. <br/><br/>Another Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh said it is the people, not a leader who will judge whether the NDA government has taken right decision or not on demonetization of 500 and 1000 rupees notes.<br/><br/>Earlier, this morning, Mr. Gandhi visited several ATMs in some areas of the national capital and interacted with people standing in queues to withdraw new currency.
