Union Minister Jitendra Singh says, grievance disposal rate in departments rise up to about 95 to 100 percent

<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievance and Pension Dr. Jitendra Singh today said that the grievance disposal rate in the departments under the union government has gone up to about 95 to 100 percent.  Addressing the valedictory session of the "Regional Conference on Replication of Good Governance Practices"  in Bhubaneswar in Odisha today, the Minister said that this has been made possible by the Prime Minister's thrust on 'Minimum Government- Maximum Governance'.  He said, the Government of India has taken many initiatives on good governance like CPGRAMS for redressal of public grievances.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports, Stating that the aim of good governance is to ensure the ease of living of the common man, the Minister said replicating good governance practices will go a long way in making the administration more responsive towards the people in need. He said, as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, good governance week is being observed by the department of administrative reforms and public grievances from December 20 to 26 this year. In his valedictory address, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said, good governance is the greatest tool for transformative changes in society. Delegates from across 15 eastern and northeastern states took part in the two days' deliberations.</span>
