Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Dr L Murugan today inaugurated two Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra programmes in Kottayam district in Kerala.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the events, the Minister said the programme is aimed at ensuring that the benefits of various government  schemes reach the ordinary people of the country. He said, apart from building better infrastructure facilities, the government is aiming to improve the living standards of the people.
