Union Minister for Culture, Tourism and DoNER, G. Kishan Reddy inaugurated the construction & widening of road from NH-29 connecting Sovima village with Thahekhu village in Dimapur yesterday. The project is funded by DoNER Ministry under the NESIDS scheme.<br />''<br />''Addressing a public gathering at the Nagaland State Cricket Stadium, Sovima, Reddy observed that the particular road is important for Dimapur, as the bypass road would ease traffic congestion of the main highway, besides improving social and trade relations between different areas.<br />''<br />''Talking about the ongoing road construction between Kohima to Dimapur, Reddy felt that the road activity ought to speed up and requested the officials for completing the road at the earliest.
