She said the gender digital divide should take forward the conversation on gender code technology for discussion.&nbsp; She urged that basic bias in language which disenfranchises poor and tribal communities should be addressed.<br />''<br />''The Minister told that the care economy services segment will bring additional 300 million jobs for women. She said, decades have been spent on women empowerment, but still a lot needs to be achieved and the time has come for the transition to women-led development. W 20 should be future-ready, she said.<br />''<br />''Sherpa G-20 Amitabh Kant said that a recent study shows that it will take 132 years to bring gender equality in the world. So there was a need to bring radical changes in the next few years. Barriers are to be removed to achieve the goals. The communique was taken after months of discussion from all sections of society around the world. It captures the spirit of the Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The communique recommended action across five priority areas in climate change, entrepreneurship, gender digital divide, grassroots leadership, education, skill development and labor market participation.
