Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions Dr Jitendra Singh felicitated the toppers of Civil Services Examination 2016 in New Delhi today.<br/><br/>On the occasion Dr Jitendra Singh said, it has become a great challenge for the civil servants to perform as per the expectations of the people. He said, the civil servants should serve the nation to their best and act as a messenger of the general public.<br/><br/>He asked the toppers to always remain humble in their attitude to succeed in their efforts. Dr Jitendra urged them not to succumb to pressure while discharging their official duties.
