<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairying Purushottam Rupala chaired a high-level meeting in Jaipur this afternoon and reviewed the situation of lumpy skin disease spreading in cattles in Rajasthan.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;"><br />''</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Minister of the state Lal Chand Kataria, Gopalan Minister Pramod Jain Bhaya and officers of the Animal Husbandry Department attended the meeting. Talking to reporters after the meeting, Mr. Rupala told that apart from Rajasthan, the lumpy skin disease is spreading in Gujarat, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Andaman and Nicobar. He told that the effect of Lumpi is more in 11 districts of Rajasthan. Shri Rupala said that the central government is ready to provide all help to the state to save the animals and control the disease. He said that infected animals need to be isolated and healthy animals have been advised to vaccinate. Responding to a question, Mr. Rupala said that the use of milk from infected animals should also be avoided.</span></p>
