Labour and Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav has said that the COVID crisis has brought to fore the need for India to focus on improving the employment conditions of the workers for a strong and resilient recovery. At the G20 Labour and Employment Ministers Meeting in Bali, Indonesia, the Minister discussed initiatives being undertaken for building a stronger ecosystem for nurturing India's start-ups.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''The Minister highlighted that India is working on an inclusive growth model with focus on both organised and unorganised workers, including gig and platform workers. Mr Yadav added that the government firmly believes that any policy or initiatives for labour welfare should encompass women, children, persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''The Minister also expressed that the experiences gained from the G20 Employment Working Group meetings contribute to India's pursuit of securing labour welfare in light of the dynamic nature of the 21st Century world of work. Mr Yadav emphasised that all the countries should recover together and recover stronger.<br />
