Union Minister of Tribal Affairs and senior BJP leader Arjun Munda has said that it is a matter of great pride for all that Ms Droupadi Murmu, a woman from tribal community is going to hold the post of President of India. Mr Munda said that the entire tribal community is feeling proud today as with the visionary thinking of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief J P Nadda the country is continuously taking new and historic decisions.<br />'' <br />'' He added that after a long period of independence, the tribal society is moving forward with new opportunities. He said, in the last eight years, many developmental works has been done in the interest of the tribal community.
