Union minister appeals to Bihar govt. to cooperate in implementing programmes of Namami Gange project

Union minister of state for Rural Development Ram Kripal Yadav has appealed the Bihar government to cooperate with Centre to implement the programmes under the Namami Gange project in the state.<br/><br/>Mr. Yadav today said in Patna that due to delay in issuance of no objection certificates from the state authorities the projects of Namami Gange are being delayed. He said, there should be no politics in the issues related to development.<br/><br/>After inspection of different ghats located on the banks of river Ganga, Mr. Yadav said, the NDA government has launched the ambitious project of 20 thousands crore rupees for rejuvenation of Ganga. <br/><br/>The officials of nodal agency NBCC tasked with implementation of the projects, said that survey of ghats would be soon started for preparation of Detailed Project Report.
