Union Home Secretary G K Pillai has said people who break curfew and attack police posts cannot be termed as innocent civilians. Talking to a private channel on violence in Kashmir, he also said Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is handling the situation to the best of his ability. <br/>Asked about the death of a nine-year-old boy in the latest incident of firing in Sopore, he said the person killed was a 17-year-old youth. Mr Pillali said that the organisers of these mobs are in one way willing to put teenagers in front and they are to be blamed. CRPF also refuted allegations of high-handedness in tackling protestors in Jammu and Kashmir and said it is working along with the state police. CRPF Director General Vikram Srivastava said, the paramilitary force is working along with the Magistrate and the Jammu and Kashmir Police. <br/> <br/> A statement issued by the CRPF said, it was forced to open fire when its post outside Sopore was attacked by a mob of 700 people. As reported earlier, three persons were killed during firing by CRPF in Kashmir valley to quell violence and clashes with mobs protesting against fatal shootings involving security forces.<br/>
