Union Home Sec to review anti-Naxal operation status in Bihar

In Bihar, Union Home Secretary is to review the anti-Naxal operation status at a meeting with senior police and administrative officials in Patna and Gaya today.In Gaya Mr. R K Singh will hold meeting with sector commanders of the CRPF about ongoing combing operation against Naxals.He would be briefed by the commander fighting Naxalites in the area.The Home Secretary is stated to visit select locations in Naxal-affected pockets of the state.Meanwhile security forces have not yet gathered any clue about 15 employees of a private construction agency who were kidnapped by Maoists in Jamui district.AIR Patna correspondent reports that over one thousand jawans of STF, BSF, CRPF and district police have been pressed into service to rescue the abducted employees.Jawans of Jharkhand Police have also been engaged in search operation.Maoists kidnapped employees of a private construction company near Balthar Ghat in Jamui on Monday night.
