Union Home Ministry has called a meeting of leaders from Leh Apex Body and Kargil Democratic Alliance in New Delhi today. It will be held under the Chairmanship of the Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand  Rai.<br />''<br />''Apex Body and Kargil Democratic Alliance are an amalgam of religious, social and political organizations from Ladakh Union Territory. Today's meeting is the first round of talks between the officials of Home Ministry and leaders of the UT.
