<span style="color: #222222;">Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the Regional Conference on 'Drug Trafficking and National Security' in Bengaluru on Friday. During the meeting, due emphasis will be laid on aspects like ways to curtail drug trafficking through maritime route and stringent punitive action on drug traffickers resulting into zero tolerance.  <br />''<br />''Seamless coordination or cooperation between State and Central Drug Law Enforcement Agencies and containment of spread of drug abuse through concerted awareness programme are the other aspects which will also be discussed during the meet.  Mr Shah will also oversee destruction of nine thousand 298 Kilogram of seized drugs valued at one thousand 235 crore rupees. Representatives from 5 Southern States and three Union Territories will also be attending the Conference.</span><br />
