Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that the union government  is taking all steps for the welfare of farmers and that is real well wisher of farmers.<br />''<br />''Addressing  Assembly today  Mr Yogi said that there are some people who in the name  of farmer's agitation are  tarnishing the image of the country and creating hindrance in the development of the nation. Union government has held  several meetings with the farmer's organisation in a sensitive atmosphere and it continues.<br />''<br />''Mr Yogi said that when the  image of the country is becoming bright at global level some people are trying to malign it in the name of farmers issue. Mr Yogi said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the nation is developing and  huge  investment is coming in different sectors  in the country.<br />''<br />''Mr Yogi named several welfare schemes  by the union government in interest of farmers and said that 12 crore farmers have been benefited by Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.  He said that farmers are getting Rupees 6000 annually in their accounts under the scheme.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr Yogi alleged opposition parties for misguiding and dissuading farmers in the name of new agriculture laws.</span><br />
