Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi today. The meeting between the Prime Minister and Mr Jaitley, who also holds the Defence portfolio, comes in the backdrop of mutilation of bodies of two Indian soldiers by Pakistan Army and Border Action Team in Jammu region along the LoC yesterday.<br/><br/>Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir Governor NN Vohra met Home Minister Rajnath Singh in the national capital. Official sources said, Mr Vohra and the Home Minister discussed the security and law and order situation in the state. <br/><br/>The Governor is likely to call on the Prime Minister to apprise him about the situation in the wake of killing of seven persons in Kulgam and mutilation of bodies of the two Indian soldiers.<br/><br/>Mr Vohra had met Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi yesterday and discussed with him the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
