The Income Tax raid on the residences and business establishments of Malayalam super stars Mammootty and Mohanlal recently has revealed undisclosed assets worth about 30 crore rupees. The Director General (Investigation), Income Tax Mr E T Lukose said in a statement in Kochi that 2.8 crore worth of cash and jewellery were also seized during the raid. He said undisclosed income earned were found to have been invested in real estate and assets abroad, and investigations in this regard are being conducted through various channels. Mr Lukose said antiques and priceless paintings seized from one of the actors have been referred to experts for valuation.
