The Chief Minister added that Uttarakhand would, especially benefit from the various provisions and schemes made in the budget. <br />''<br />''These include provisions to develop 50 new tourist places in the country, giving way to the development of new tourist places in the State. Uttarakhand will also get four new nursing colleges and increased investment in the pharma sector. This will give rise to employment opportunities in the nursing and pharma sectors.<br />''<br />''A Budget will be received from the National Housing Bank for the development of Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. With the provision of 50 new airports in the country in the Budget, new airports and helipads in the State will also be developed.  With this scheme, both tourism and employment opportunities will be available in the State. With the appointment of teachers and staff in Eklavya Residential School, people will also get employment in the State's Eklavya Residential School.</span><br />
