In Gujarat, a five storied under construction building in Kalupur area of Ahmedabad city collapsed this morning. However, there is no immediate report of any casualty in the incident. Sudden collapse of under construction building had also damaged several nearby residential buildings. Relief and rescue operations have already been started and about 8 people were rescued from the debris and shifted to a city Hospital. Fire brigade staff, police and health department have cordoned the area and intensified the rescue work. AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that Municipal Authorities are also investigating the legal status of collapsed building for further action.
