India sealed a comfortable victory against Papua New Guinea in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in Townsville city of Australia today. In a Group C encounter, the Indian cricket team registered a comprehensive 107-run win over Papua New Guinea and secured a quarterfinals berth . Its their second win in three games. India will now clash with Pakistan in a quarterfinal at the Tony Ireland Stadium. The Indian teams had a rough start with initial disappointment against West Indies and a not so promising win against Zimbabwe. However,the defending champions made a remarkable comeback in the series despite being shot out for 204 in 45.1 overs and bowled the opposition out 97 runs in 31.5 overs.
