Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju has said that unclean environment is one of the biggest problems India is facing today and that is the reason why Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given top priority to cleanliness and women safety. <br />''  <br />'' Participating in a Shramdaan programme under Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign at Naharlagun Railway Station in Arunachal Pradesh Saturday morning, Mr Rijiju said Prime Minister has initiated the cleanliness movement and it is the common people, irrespective to class, who have to carry it forward and make it successful. <br />''  <br />'' Mr Rijiju said, train stations are one of the biggest centre in the country where thousands of people come and go every day. <br />''  <br />'' He said if these trains and stations can be made clean and hygienic 10 to 15 percent of the country will automatically become clean. <br />''  <br />'' State Forest and Environment Minister Nabam Rebia was also present on the occasion. <br />''  <br />'' The Shramdaan programme is being carried out in all the railway stations in the country on Saturday under the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign fortnight launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. <br />'' <br />
