In Nepal with hours to go before the term of the Constituent Assembly which ends tonight, the major political parties have failed to end the deadlock deepening the constitutional crisis and uncertainty over the peace process. Leaders of the CPN-UML, UCPN (Maoist) in the Government and the opposition Congress failed to come to a deal on the extension of the interim Assembly and the peace process.
