The Aam Aadmi Party has demanded strict action against former Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit for her alleged involvement in 3,000 crore rupees unauthorised colonies scam. In a statement the party said that the latest report of the Comptroller and Auditor General corroborates the findings of the former Lokayukta Justice Manmohan Sarin on the issue.

The party further said that the Shiela Dikshit government played with the lives of around 40 lakh people residing in such colonies, by cheating them before every assembly election by distributing regularisation certificates which had no legal sanctity.
