UN Security Council has strongly condemned the twin terror attack in Kabul. In a statement the 15-member Security Council stressed that terrorism in all its forms is criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of its motivation and wherever, whenever and by whomsoever it is committed. It said that there is a need to bring the perpetrators and sponsors of such reprehensible acts to justice.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the death toll from Wednesday's simultaneous suicide bombings in Kabul has risen to 22, with 120 people most of them civilians wounded in the attacks. The Taliban had claimed responsibility for the attacks.
