UN chief Ban Ki-moon has strongly condemned the serial bomb blasts in Mumbai in which at least 21 people were killed and 141 injured.A statement from his office said no cause or grievance can justify indiscriminate violence against civilians. He expressed his solidarity with the Government and people of India and extended his sincere condolences to the families of the victims.
