ULFA urges release for leaders

In Assam, the banned extremist outfit United Liberation Front of Assam (Pro-Talk) on Friday said that jailed leaders of the ULFA should be released by the government to facilitate their free movement and the peace process. The ULFA (Pro-Talk) also urged both the ULFA and Centre to sit for unconditional talks and offered to join the process at a later stage if the ULFA leaders feel so.<br/><br/>
