The banned United Liberation Front of Assam ULFA today announced unconditional peace talks with the Centre on February 10 in New Delhi to find an amicable solution to their 31-year-long armed struggle.This was stated by the Publicity Secretary of the outfit Mithinga Daimary at a crowded press conference in Guwahati today. He said the decision was taken at the outfit’s general council meeting held at an unknown place last week. Daimary informed that the outfit has received an invitation from Union Home Minister P Chidambaram for the talks.
