In Uttarakhand, holiday has been declared for all government, non government institutes and on polling day which is 30th of this month. According to Joint Chief Election officer Saunjanya, the decision has been taken to enable maximum number of voters to cast their vote. Meanwhile, Foggy weather has grounded political leaders to reach their pre determined destination for electioneering in the state.
