Uttarakhand High Court at Nainital will hear the petition regarding the disqualification of nine rebel congress MLA's this Saturday. The decision has been taken after hearing both the sides. <br/><br/>Despite holiday the court will remain opened and the single bench of Justice UC Dhyani will hear the petition. Earlier, the hearing was scheduled to be held on 9th of this month but the rebel MLAs filed special representation, requesting the court to an early hearing today.
