Uttrakhand Nainital High Court today adjourned once again the hearing on disqualification of nine rebel congress MLAs till May 9th. Today Senior Advocate Amit Sibal put his arguments on behalf of the Speaker of the Assembly in a single bench of Justice UC Dhyani. On the other hand the advocate who had to represent on behalf of nine rebel congress MLAs did not appear before the court due today.
