The six-month-long pilgrimage to four Hindu shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri will begin today. Popularly known as the 'Char Dham Yatra', the pilgrimage will be flagged off by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna.
