In Uttarakhand, four ministers have been elevated to the Cabinet rank. The new Ministers were administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Governor Margret Alva in a simple ceremony in Dehradun today. They are Govind Singh Bisht, Balvant Singh Bhoryal, Vijay Barbhval and Khajan Das. With this, the strength of the Ramesh Pokhriya Nishank Cabinet has gone up to 12.
