UK Border Agency has temporarily stopped accepting student visa applications at its north India based centres. Student visa application under Tier 4 of the Points Based System will not be accepted at visa application centres in New Delhi, Chandigarh and Jalandhar from Monday. Briefing mediapersons in New Delhi, British Deputy High Commissioner to India Nigel Casey said there is an unexpected rise in the number of visa applications this year.<br/>
