Any enrollment or request is processed only after biometric of the resident is authenticated.</div>''<div></div>''<div>The authority said it has zero tolerance policy in all its processes including security and safety. It said all such operators who are found to be violating UIDAI's strict processes, UIDAI blocks and blacklists them and imposes the financial penalty up to one lakh rupees per instance.
