Rejecting media reports of a cut in the budget of the Unique Identification Project, the government today said that it will provide all the funds required for smooth roll-out of the project. <br/><br/>In this regard, Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee has said that the government is fully committed to an expeditious implementation of the UID project.<br/><br/>Earlier, some sections of the press had reported that the budget for the ambitious project has been slashed by more than half.
