The University Grants Commission has requested all universities to introduce identification mechanisms like photograph and Aadhar number in degrees and certificates awarded to students.<br/><br/>Union Minister of State for HRD Mahendra Nath Pandey informed the Lok Sabha yesterday while replying to a question. He said the UGC has also requested all the universities to inscribe the name of institution in which a student is<br/>enrolled for a programme to study as well as the mode of delivery as regular, part-time or distance.'
